I have ordered some products mid January. I had a message on 19th Jan that the order was sent out but I never received it. The tracking link states that I had received the order which I didnt.
I sent at least 10 messages since then asking what they will do about it since I had paid for my order. If it got lost in the post then they can claim but I cant as I didnt send the packet. I had 1 apology saying they would address this issue but no replies since then. I find it disappointing to be ignored by this company when they could do something about the missing products. Certainly wont recommend them to anyone as such customer service shows lack of care.
