I placed my order (order ref: DF9668452977) on 29/10/2025 and waited patiently, but on 03/12/2025 the company canceled it without any explanation — just days before the second scheduled delivery. No communication, no justification, no apology, no refund received yet. Unreliable service; do not recommend.”
“They do all they can to stop you contacting them by phone and they support for technical enquiries is almost non-existent so if you lose your order online as I did and you want to speak to somebody about it you're going to have a hard time. If they spent as much money on customer support as they do on making their website look impressive things might improve but don't hold your breath.”

Placed an order over two weeks ago that was shown as 'in stock' on the website. Chased them up and said it was in hand and they were waiting for it and today have been told it's not available.
This is 2025, not 2015. Sort your processes out and don't lie to your customers”

I was sent an email telling me delivery was between 8.50..& 12,50 , so waited in all morning .. driver turned up at almost 2pm . When politely asked if something had happened , I was told non to pleasantly .. that “ next day is next day “ to him & he can “deliver anytime” …

“My FIRST and LAST order with this company. I spent over £100 and received an order with mouldy products. I messaged them twice via their website and sent them photos of the mouldy products (so much for fitness). I also left messages on their answerphone service (no-one answers any calls). ZERO response from them. Absolutely appalling product and customer service. Will NOT be using them again. AVOID!!!”

“First and last time ordering with this charlatan website. Ordered 3 items (2x liposomal vitamin D3 and 1x Zinc & copper tablets) and waited nearly 4 weeks for my delivery. Not only did I NOT receive any of the items I ordered but, I was instead sent a tub of weightlifting bulking supplements which are cheaper in cost to the items I had paid for!!! I've had no response to my email which, questionably, is the only way to contact them for a complaint, and judging by previous poor reviews I'm not likely to either. I REGRET not reviewing them first. 😕”
“Ordered items nearly £100 six days ago. The website recommended a certain type of delivery even though my order was eligible for a free delivery. I’ve chosen the recommended delivery by paying extra delivery charge( £3 or something). There was no update at all but 6 days later, they Emailed me saying one item is unavailable. Wonder why it took 6 days to find out they don’t have a stock?? Clearly they don’t manage their stock properly. Their email told me to contact them through their website. There is no contact details such as phone number or Email address. So unhelpful. Their website is so difficult to understand and there is no phone number or direct email address that I can send Email.
I managed to sent messages through their “express contact service” or something this afternoon but no confirmation of their receipt of my messages nor reply.
Never seen this poor online service lately. Very disappointing. I’ll update how they respond.”
“Truly terrible customer service - yes, Dolphin is cheap but if anything goes wrong, then it's a real headache. I have been a customer of Dolphin Fitness for over 4 years and this was a simple problem - the courier lost the parcel and the tracking showed I didn't have it. There was no reason for Dolphin not to simply recall the parcel and issue an immediate refund, as I requested. Instead I had to contact Dolphin Fitness 4 times to get this resolved. The first enquiry I raised was ignored. The response to the second enquiry told me the parcel was at the parcel shop, which was untrue. I then found that although a phone number for customer services is advertised there is a recorded message on it saying the only way to speak to someone is to request a callback on the website - but on the website there is actually no option to do this. Contacting Dolphin a third time through their facebook page produced an email telling me the parcel was due that day, ignoring the fact the tracking hadn't changed for 6 days and the courier website always says delivery is due. Dolphin at this point still ignored my request for a refund though they did agree to request an investigation from the courier, something I had requested on my first contact. As Dolphin failed to let me know the outcome of this I then had to contact them a 4th time and then finally a refund was issued. This standard of customer service is quite simply unacceptable and I will never purchase anything from Dolphin again. This is a sad reflection on a company which used to provide a good service.”
