My FIRST and LAST order with this company. I spent over £100 and received an order with mouldy products. I messaged them twice via their website and sent them photos of the mouldy products (so much for fitness). I also left messages on their answerphone service (no-one answers any calls). ZERO response from them. Absolutely appalling product and customer service. Will NOT be using them again. AVOID!!!

Order from the online company recently all three orders have been mismanaged. Orders cancelled not by myself, had to threatened the company with Consumer ight a Act 2015 to get a refund. Packages damaged, not delivered by Royal Mail. Unprofessionalism in their non existent Customer Services. No telephone contact what so ever.

First and last time ordering with this charlatan website. Ordered 3 items (2x liposomal vitamin D3 and 1x Zinc & copper tablets) and waited nearly 4 weeks for my delivery. Not only did I NOT receive any of the items I ordered but, I was instead sent a tub of weightlifting bulking supplements which are cheaper in cost to the items I had paid for!!! I've had no response to my email which, questionably, is the only way to contact them for a complaint, and judging by previous poor reviews I'm not likely to either. I REGRET not reviewing them first. 😕

Ordered items nearly £100 six days ago. The website recommended a certain type of delivery even though my order was eligible for a free delivery. I’ve chosen the recommended delivery by paying extra delivery charge( £3 or something). There was no update at all but 6 days later, they Emailed me saying one item is unavailable. Wonder why it took 6 days to find out they don’t have a stock?? Clearly they don’t manage their stock properly. Their email told me to contact them through their website. There is no contact details such as phone number or Email address. So unhelpful. Their website is so difficult to understand and there is no phone number or direct email address that I can send Email. I managed to sent messages through their “express contact service” or something this afternoon but no confirmation of their receipt of my messages nor reply. Never seen this poor online service lately. Very disappointing. I’ll update how they respond.

Truly terrible customer service - yes, Dolphin is cheap but if anything goes wrong, then it's a real headache. I have been a customer of Dolphin Fitness for over 4 years and this was a simple problem - the courier lost the parcel and the tracking showed I didn't have it. There was no reason for Dolphin not to simply recall the parcel and issue an immediate refund, as I requested. Instead I had to contact Dolphin Fitness 4 times to get this resolved. The first enquiry I raised was ignored. The response to the second enquiry told me the parcel was at the parcel shop, which was untrue. I then found that although a phone number for customer services is advertised there is a recorded message on it saying the only way to speak to someone is to request a callback on the website - but on the website there is actually no option to do this. Contacting Dolphin a third time through their facebook page produced an email telling me the parcel was due that day, ignoring the fact the tracking hadn't changed for 6 days and the courier website always says delivery is due. Dolphin at this point still ignored my request for a refund though they did agree to request an investigation from the courier, something I had requested on my first contact. As Dolphin failed to let me know the outcome of this I then had to contact them a 4th time and then finally a refund was issued. This standard of customer service is quite simply unacceptable and I will never purchase anything from Dolphin again. This is a sad reflection on a company which used to provide a good service.

Worst company ever. In my entire life I have never not received what I have paid for!! They say they looked at cctv and saw that it was packed with my other items. I received the small items but not the two big bottle of vitamins. How can a tv miss that error. It did not miss it? That’s how they make money on discounting you. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. Awful, awful customer service. They are so knowing what they are doing when cheating you. I hope one day their cheating ways will come back to haunt them.

Scam artists. They will try and trick you into spending more money by saying you will get a free gift if you spend over a certain amount but then they won’t send you a free gift. And then when you complain they make excuses as why they can’t send the gift but try and make you order again by saying the free gift will be in the next order. Just use Amazon instead, it’s quicker, easier and way better customer service

One month later - still no refund. Terrible customer service especially when things go wrong. I have been a customer with DF for a few years and so long as nothing goes wrong you are fine, delivery takes forever which has been frustrating, but good prices etc, However, my recent experience when FedEx lost part of my delivery has been hugely illuminating and not in a good way. Put simply, if something goes wrong DF are arrogant and rude, they don’t care, they don’t attempt to do anything to fix it, and are quite happy to keep your money. I paid for fast (specific date) delivery, it didn’t arrive. One week later one box arrived but not the other . **ONE MONTH later** my 2nd parcel still hasn’t arrived and DF still has my money. When I politely ask for them to help and resolve this, they won’t offer a refund & won’t re-send my parcel in case “it still arrives”. When I emailed and told them how long I had been waiting I had a reply sarcastically headed “We are sorry you feel the *need* to complain”….as if it is my fault!!! FedEx in contrast has been pro-active & has phoned weekly to say they are still looking for my parcel, the most recent phone call from FedEx has been that DF and FedEx are going to sort out an insurance claim between them….but that isn’t any help to me!! I have politely asked DF several times now to resolve this for me, but now I think I will have to make a claim through PayPal. I wouldn’t trust this company again. NOT worth the hassle and as other reviewers have said, much better to give your money to a small company who appreciate their customers. These people clearly don’t give a toss about their customers, I am so disappointed by them.

🚨BEWARE🚨 Terrible service. Will never order from this company again. They failed to send me the 10 packs of pre-packed (and easy to carry) packs of 6 large water bottles. They individually wrapped 60 bottles with hard to open padding and out them in them MASSIVE boxes! They then proceeded to dump them at the bottom of my three flights of stairs and the delivery man refused to help me carry them up despite me having a serious back injury. Luckily an Ocado delivery was being made to me at the same time and the slightly built female delivery driver insisted on carrying all boxes up the three flights of stairs for me even though I didn’t ask and tried to protest. Such a Angel and what a contest between human beings!! Don’t expect any customer service from this disgusting company. Why don’t you sell what you advertise and why do you fail to help customers with your (overly packaged) deliveries?!? Horrible attitude and horrible experience. Beware!!!!

First time and last time I would but from Dolphin Fitness. Gave constructive feedback on a recent order, where their website autoselected a flavour without requesting selection from a dropdown box of flavours, let you "add to basket", but selected a totally different flavour. Their response was arrogant and dismissive, regardless having provided video evidence of the process. Don't depend on customer service or a thank you for your business - buy elsewhere. There are plenty of businesses out there looking for custom. Verified Purchase.

Poor service here. Placed an order 7 days ago, for them to then contact me a day after they said it would be dispatched an item was unavailable. Still selling it on there Website! Poor service, lost a customer Postal service payments get priority here, not first come first served
