“I am very surprised at the negative reviews here! I have bought from Dolphin Fitness for a number of years now and have never had a problem, including the time when I needed to add to an order, phoned and it was dealt with immediately. I always compare their prices and they are almost always cheaper than other (trusted) companies - I have just put in a £200+ order so I'll see what happens with that.”

“EXCELLENT!! THEY SOLVED THE PROBLEM VERY QUICKLY ! I ordered from them first time and I am very satisfied. The economy package arrived faster than I expected. By mistake I received a vitamin with a lower IU content than I ordered. I sent them an e-mail and received a reply in a few hours. They apologised for the mistake and ordered a courier who just today collected the package of vitamins I had not ordered and I have just received a package with the vitamin I was expecting. Everything was done in 3 days ! I really like the way they dealt with the customer when there was a mistake and how quickly it was resolved.”

“Placed my order not quite knowing what to expect after mixed reviews But everything was exactly as they had stated. The confirmation email came through straight after I had placed the order, followed by details of delivery and the parcel has just arrived EXACTLY as promised. Well done and thanks”

“During the first lockdown I couldn't get hold of my usual moisturiser and Dolphin Fitness had some in stock. since then I've ordered several times for various products and all have arrived within the specified time and well packaged. I've used the free and the standard delivery and been happy with both.”

“Great price on my order of my favourite "Doves Farm" organic wholemeal biscuits 400g. Free delivery was fairly prompt (6 working days) for these difficult times. Packaging was robust and all arrived intact. No crumbs. Nice long use by date. Thank you very much Dolphin.”

“I've never had any problems with their orders, everything arrived a bit lazy but that's because I went for free delivery. But beside's that, their products are really good. Honestly I wasn't expecting so many bad reviews.”

“I've been a DF customer for many years now, and can confidently say I have never experienced any of the issues that others seem to be. I consistently get great products delivered on time and in perfect condition. The one time I did need to return a product (which had an issue at the fault of the manufacturer, not Dolphin Fitness), I was answered immediately and the product was returned for a fast refund without any sort of issue, and the customer service staff member I spoke to was perfectly pleasant to deal with. The only criticism I have of the company is that their website is a bit naff and needs a serious UX/UI overhaul to bring it in-line with their competitors and modern-day website design, but that's it. Overall: Very happy customer. Great products, great deals, great service.”

“I don't know what yall are talking about, I ordered my stuff on monday and paid a bit extra to have it delivered for Friday. It came today with no problems and was fully updated with emails and texts about delivery and dispatch information. Very happy with the service provided”
