The economy package arrived faster than I expected. By mistake I received a vitamin with a lower IU content than I ordered. I sent them an e-mail and received a reply in a few hours. They apologised for the mistake and ordered a courier who just today collected the package of vitamins I had not ordered and I have just received a package with the vitamin I was expecting. Everything was done in 3 days !
I really like the way they dealt with the customer when there was a mistake and how quickly it was resolved.”

“I've been a DF customer for many years now, and can confidently say I have never experienced any of the issues that others seem to be.
I consistently get great products delivered on time and in perfect condition.
The one time I did need to return a product (which had an issue at the fault of the manufacturer, not Dolphin Fitness), I was answered immediately and the product was returned for a fast refund without any sort of issue, and the customer service staff member I spoke to was perfectly pleasant to deal with.
The only criticism I have of the company is that their website is a bit naff and needs a serious UX/UI overhaul to bring it in-line with their competitors and modern-day website design, but that's it.
