"My FIRST and LAST order with this company. I spent over \u00a3100 and received an order with mouldy products. I messaged them twice via their website and sent them photos of the mouldy products (so much for fitness). I also left messages on their answerphone service (no-one answers any calls). ZERO response from them. Absolutely appalling product and customer service. Will NOT be using them again. AVOID!!!"

"I bought complete strength cream of rice. I noticed that the nutritional information was wrong. It states serving size 25g scoop. Per 100g serving 76.6g carbs. Per 50g serving 19.2g carbs. It should say Per 25g serving is 19.2g carbs. It states very low sugar but when I mixed it with water it was too sweet like it was loaded with sugar. I tried ringing them but they don't take calls and I sent them an email asking why the label was incorrect and I think it's a copy. I've got no reply after 1 week. So I'm know this is 100 copy. Be aware!!! When I'm next down there area I'll be popping into see them."
