One month later - still no refund. Terrible customer service especially when things go wrong. I have been a customer with DF for a few years and so long as nothing goes wrong you are fine, delivery takes forever which has been frustrating, but good prices etc, However, my recent experience when FedEx lost part of my delivery has been hugely illuminating and not in a good way. Put simply, if something goes wrong DF are arrogant and rude, they don’t care, they don’t attempt to do anything to fix it, and are quite happy to keep your money. I paid for fast (specific date) delivery, it didn’t arrive. One week later one box arrived but not the other . **ONE MONTH later** my 2nd parcel still hasn’t arrived and DF still has my money. When I politely ask for them to help and resolve this, they won’t offer a refund & won’t re-send my parcel in case “it still arrives”. When I emailed and told them how long I had been waiting I had a reply sarcastically headed “We are sorry you feel the *need* to complain”….as if it is my fault!!! FedEx in contrast has been pro-active & has phoned weekly to say they are still looking for my parcel, the most recent phone call from FedEx has been that DF and FedEx are going to sort out an insurance claim between them….but that isn’t any help to me!! I have politely asked DF several times now to resolve this for me, but now I think I will have to make a claim through PayPal. I wouldn’t trust this company again. NOT worth the hassle and as other reviewers have said, much better to give your money to a small company who appreciate their customers. These people clearly don’t give a toss about their customers, I am so disappointed by them.

Whey protein arrived with the cardboard seal already off and laying in the protein. Asked for a refund but they required photographic proof. Tried to explain there was nothing to take a photo of as the seal wasn't sealed so it would be a photo of an open protein tub. 3x tying to explain this to now being ignored. Terrible attitude from CS saying I prob didn't like the flavour.... Who doesn't like cookies and cream!!! Stay clear!

Simply devastated by my purchase ... after almost 2 months of waiting I received 3 pieces of terrible quality, weak material, transparent and poorly made pieces ... disappointment defines ... DO NOT BUY, FLEE FROM THIS SITE

NO ORDER. NO REFUND. DREADFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE. ORDER GOODS ELSEWHERE. Order accepted online. £193.90 debited. Goods not delivered. Repeatedly chased with only automated email response. Unable to contact by phone. Five weeks later, they confirm they cancelled my order in response to my complaint, but are refusing to refund me. Dreadful customer service. Will never buy from again. Have reported to Trading Standards

I am so angered by this company. They charged me but never send the products I ordered. It has been 2 months and they never respond to emails and their contact number hangs up automatically after you pay to hear their automated message that says nothing! Companies like that should shut down!

I waited over a week for delivery. Then I logged in to the site and found out that my order has been canceled and I have not received any notification.

What a shocking Company You order something on a Monday midday and they despatch it on a Monday afternoon - good you might say - only problem is it was one week later When you contact them they say - other customers who Pay for better delivery come first... thats OK - but delayed despatch for one week...!! The confirmation of the order says - we will start preparing your order in Hours - one would assume same Day or next - not 150 Hours .!! In the end said if not despatched cancel order - it was then despatched and arrived next Day..!! Standard delivery means - delayed despatch by maybe a week

Items on their site stated for immediate dispatch with 4 to 7 days delivery, but even after a week from payment nothing received. They do not ship from UK, but from Hungary. So do choose an authentic UK store.

Will never ever order from this company again.I ordered 2 items and they only sent one but charged me for two items.Ive e-mailed many times and got nowhere.If you call the customer care they say they will ring back.NO THEY DON'T.When THEY get it wrong they just take your money and ignore you. WHAT A JOKE OF A COMPANY. BE WARNED !!!!!!!!!!!!!

Scam artists. They will try and trick you into spending more money by saying you will get a free gift if you spend over a certain amount but then they won’t send you a free gift. And then when you complain they make excuses as why they can’t send the gift but try and make you order again by saying the free gift will be in the next order. Just use Amazon instead, it’s quicker, easier and way better customer service

🚨BEWARE🚨 Terrible service. Will never order from this company again. They failed to send me the 10 packs of pre-packed (and easy to carry) packs of 6 large water bottles. They individually wrapped 60 bottles with hard to open padding and out them in them MASSIVE boxes! They then proceeded to dump them at the bottom of my three flights of stairs and the delivery man refused to help me carry them up despite me having a serious back injury. Luckily an Ocado delivery was being made to me at the same time and the slightly built female delivery driver insisted on carrying all boxes up the three flights of stairs for me even though I didn’t ask and tried to protest. Such a Angel and what a contest between human beings!! Don’t expect any customer service from this disgusting company. Why don’t you sell what you advertise and why do you fail to help customers with your (overly packaged) deliveries?!? Horrible attitude and horrible experience. Beware!!!!

First time and last time I would but from Dolphin Fitness. Gave constructive feedback on a recent order, where their website autoselected a flavour without requesting selection from a dropdown box of flavours, let you "add to basket", but selected a totally different flavour. Their response was arrogant and dismissive, regardless having provided video evidence of the process. Don't depend on customer service or a thank you for your business - buy elsewhere. There are plenty of businesses out there looking for custom. Verified Purchase.

Poor service here. Placed an order 7 days ago, for them to then contact me a day after they said it would be dispatched an item was unavailable. Still selling it on there Website! Poor service, lost a customer Postal service payments get priority here, not first come first served

I ordered a jacket and leggings in February and they haven't sent it still. When I email them they don't respond. I am so mad at myself for not reading their reviews first!! My costly mistake!

I have ordered some products mid January. I had a message on 19th Jan that the order was sent out but I never received it. The tracking link states that I had received the order which I didnt. I sent at least 10 messages since then asking what they will do about it since I had paid for my order. If it got lost in the post then they can claim but I cant as I didnt send the packet. I had 1 apology saying they would address this issue but no replies since then. I find it disappointing to be ignored by this company when they could do something about the missing products. Certainly wont recommend them to anyone as such customer service shows lack of care.

Ordered a box of Clif Bar Bloks. There should have been 18 in the box but there were actually only 15!! No response from them. Con artists!!!

Went to order Reflex whey isolate (micro) protein as discount supplements no longer stock the micro filtered only standard whey, anyway all was well until I clicked on the discounted products they were offering along with the purchase, that's when the red flags started going up at a rate of knots!!! Every additional promotional extra was all dated June 2020 July 2020 yes they were all 6 months out of date. Best before june 2020 etc ...etc which brought me straight here, I've never swerved checkout so fast!!! I've been stung before and I vowed never ever to let it happen to me ever again, always read reviews first no matter how tempting the price is. I will just buy gold standard whey or gold standard whey isolate , the product I was going to purchase was reflex 2.2kg for £45 but trust me it's worth paying £15 more for the about the same quantity and quality , so i will buy gold standard for around the same price with 2 grams of protien less per serving or the isolate it works out 15 quid more but I will have to order x2 at 980 grams so its 460 grams less but trust me it's worth every last Penn if it means not getting screwed over it's still far less than holland and barrett which I usually use when they have offers on which is handy for buying in store so no need to wait, Bottom line is shop at discout supplements of holland and barrett even home bargains if it's just whey protein but avoid this disorganised shambles of a company with all the signs it's ready to close down at any second trust me, it's worth taken the time to read the very latest reviews it will save you all the unnecessary stress.

Very poor follow up customer service. Granted, Covid19 has caused all sorts of problems, but: Back in early March I ordered on their website items that were clearly displayed as "in stock". This turned out not to be true, and I feel I was misled. THREE MONTHS later the items arrived (a whopping £90 order). Approximately a third of all items were damaged, largely due to be poorly packed. Contact with the company has been difficult to say the least, and they have managed to dodge responsibility by passing the problem onto their supplier, who I might add have been brilliant. Will not order with this company again. As a coeliac sufferer, and desperate at the time in March for products, and having been a long standing customer of theirs, I feel very let down.
