I ordered 6 x Biona elderberry juice for around £20 a the beginning of March, it took them 2 weeks to tell me that they were cancelling my order implying that this was due to stock. Having checked the website today the same item is shown as in stock but now for £32.95. The owner is exploiting and profiteering from people’s need of provisions during a national emergency. I think that's pretty low. I have reported the owner Mr Ali Reza Ariyan to the Competition and Markets Authority and recommend anyone with a similar experience do the same.

Spent over £70 over a week ago. No product No updates No emails Joke of a company. AVOID. Most of the good reviews are paid.

Stopped using Holland & Barrett I find Dolphin more competitive and the range of products is expansive. 5th time I've used them all products arrived on time. Products top range. Gra. C

Take money with no stock on board happened a few times. Though it's there fault they hold back any order that is available until stock arrives to save on postage..this could be anything from a week to never .. poor service !! Terrible customer service!!

I thought I’d give them a try again after a few years. Big mistake. Still The worst customer service you can imagine, backed up by poor delivery service. Avoid like the plague.

Great products sadly let down by completely environmentally UNfriendly plastics. 2 small bottles (approx 4inx2in) of supplements wrapped in, GET THIS, over 6ftx12in of bubblewrap AND in a bubblewrap package NONE of which is recyclable!! We wont be back. Its about as irresponsible and ignorant as you can get in these enlightened times of climate change etc. A small cardboard box and some wrapping paper to wrap the bottles would have been quite sufficient. Shame on them. This is why plastic should just be banned cos stupid people simply dont common sense and being an ignoramus is apparently blissful!!

I've never had any problems with their orders, everything arrived a bit lazy but that's because I went for free delivery. But beside's that, their products are really good. Honestly I wasn't expecting so many bad reviews.

I've been a DF customer for many years now, and can confidently say I have never experienced any of the issues that others seem to be. I consistently get great products delivered on time and in perfect condition. The one time I did need to return a product (which had an issue at the fault of the manufacturer, not Dolphin Fitness), I was answered immediately and the product was returned for a fast refund without any sort of issue, and the customer service staff member I spoke to was perfectly pleasant to deal with. The only criticism I have of the company is that their website is a bit naff and needs a serious UX/UI overhaul to bring it in-line with their competitors and modern-day website design, but that's it. Overall: Very happy customer. Great products, great deals, great service.

Very poor and time consuming customer service. Every concern directed to the same person whose is unhelpful and actually quite spiteful. as above I have tried to talk to customer service.mo

I ordered 2 boxes of the protein bars. Both were in stock during the order. After 2 weeks, I got an email that the products I ordered are not available. I checked their website today, and they still listed the same product with info of "In Stock". What a shame.

Disrespectful and unhelpful messages is all I got from Dolphin Fitness when I enquired about the progress of my order, and then they simply fell silent, ignoring my query. When I had not received any information regarding delivery, i.e. dispatch, deliver date, after 4 working days of placing an order of considerable value, I called customer service. One can't call direct, but have to leave a message on their answer phone service. I felt somewhat re-assured that it would my query would be 'fast-tracked' because I had provided the order number. Yet, no call-back, not on the same day, not the day after. So I resorted to emailing Dolphin Fitness with the same query, getting increasingly worried that my order had never been dispatched. Instead of being giving the relevant information, Dolphin Fitness wrote, "If you required this order by a certain date we do offer many delivery options for you to choose from." I then tried to place another call to ask them whether my order had been dispatched, again to no avail. So I sent another email, including in it the question why I do not receive any call-backs, despite Dolphin Fitness's promise to do so - again, rather than the information I was requesting, I received this defensive, cynical response "Why would you call when you already have opened a line of communication via email?" Shoddy attitude to customer service, they take a haughty stance and leave the customer reeling.

Absolutely disgraceful customer service I ordered products that the website said was in stock then they emailed me and said "no in stock" and I still haven't been refunded for the items that were not in stock. Now they wont even answer my emails I will never use them again ...

Whey protein arrived with the cardboard seal already off and laying in the protein. Asked for a refund but they required photographic proof. Tried to explain there was nothing to take a photo of as the seal wasn't sealed so it would be a photo of an open protein tub. 3x tying to explain this to now being ignored. Terrible attitude from CS saying I prob didn't like the flavour.... Who doesn't like cookies and cream!!! Stay clear!

I don't know what yall are talking about, I ordered my stuff on monday and paid a bit extra to have it delivered for Friday. It came today with no problems and was fully updated with emails and texts about delivery and dispatch information. Very happy with the service provided

What a shocking Company You order something on a Monday midday and they despatch it on a Monday afternoon - good you might say - only problem is it was one week later When you contact them they say - other customers who Pay for better delivery come first... thats OK - but delayed despatch for one week...!! The confirmation of the order says - we will start preparing your order in Hours - one would assume same Day or next - not 150 Hours .!! In the end said if not despatched cancel order - it was then despatched and arrived next Day..!! Standard delivery means - delayed despatch by maybe a week

Dolphin fitness took my money and never delivered my protein, when I enquired all I got was the run around ie it's on its way it never did arrive, not a good idea to deal with these people they take your money but won't deliver.

Ordered 2 tubs of protein. One arrived. Still not the second a month later. After much going forwards and backwards was told they’d check their CCTV to see if I was telling the truth! Wow...6 weeks later this be been promised my order but at the end of the month! ..amazons more costly, but better for me.

Items on their site stated for immediate dispatch with 4 to 7 days delivery, but even after a week from payment nothing received. They do not ship from UK, but from Hungary. So do choose an authentic UK store.
