I ordered and paid for two things last Tuesday and asked for it to have it shipped together on the friday, that’s now four days ago without any updates about the delivery. On the website it still only says “order received”.
All of a sudden I get a refund but still no email with an update or the thing I’ve ordered. I’m assuming the things were out of stock and they couldn’t be bothered to tell me. Will never ever use again or recommend to anyone.
