I took out an accidental damage policy with D & G. When I had to claim on it the customer service was appalling!!!! After 6 weeks I had to contact them (as during this time the only correspondance I received from them was a text message to say they had received my laptop) , to which they fobbed me off and told me there was nothing they could do. I will never take out a policy with this company again and have cancelled all three existing policies I have with them. In today's competitive insurance market, the non-existence of customer service received was astounding.
