Awful company to deal with. Can't get through on the phones tried, waiting in hold for 2 hours and still they didn't answer. Paying for a monthly maintenance plan and cant even get a repair sorted. 5 days now without heat or hot water. STAY WELL AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!
