Despite purchasing insurance on multiple kitchen appliances, they refuse to repair products stating they are in warranty (when they are not). After arguing and questioning their policy, they then advise that I look for a local engineering, pay for the repair, and submit the receipt for consideration. This is extremely poor. They make out they have dedicated engineers, which is not the case. I complained about this service and to my disbelief they state they have not done anything wrong. They deploy very mis-leading tactics and are obviously well aware of mis-leading vs mis-selling. I would strongly recommend against buying any insurance from this company.
