fter waiting 4 weeks for a new screen they brought the wrong one. Also cancelled an appointment after zI had to lose a days wages because the can only give you an all day appointment. Not even an appology
The same thing happened once before
Unfortunately D and G use them.
I have contacted BBC watchdog who said they will look into it as this is one of many complaints.
I pay £9 a month and left with no TV for the whole World Cup and lose £150 for a days work and now have to wait another 3 weeks
