Appealing company that fails to comply with their Service & Maintenance contracts.
Failed to comply with the annual maintenance they specify in their contract and only contacted me by letter and email after cancelling the DD.
Unable to contact them via phone, email (disabled on their website) or via ‘My Account ( insisted on a password change but this did not work.
