WILL ONLY REFUND BY CHEQUE... CHEQUE FAILED AND WAS RETURNED UNPAID. STILL NO REFUND RECEIVED AFTER 5 WEEKS OF WAITING.
I cancelled my iPhone insurance with Protect plus for £255 which was purchased through John Lewis.
I was told I would receive a cheque in the post for £255 for the refund in December 2021. I received the cheque on end of January 2022 and paid it into my bank. This cheque failed and returned unpaid. Domestic and general stopped the payment. Still having to chase this refund. Is the company going bankrupt?
