Been with them for years and previously had good service. The last 5 years have been dreadful. Im waiting on repair on washing machine since beg of nov still not resolved! Tumble drier needs replaced i have a 10kg black one they have tried to palm me off with a candy 6kg white ( how is that same spec) so matter still not resolved. Arrogant on the phone when you finally get thro to them after hours of being on hold . My rangemaster cooker could be repaired but they wanted to replace . Mine is dual fuel 110 wide and black gloss , integral grill in 2nd oven , handy rack on door and griddle plus a defrost facility. So far they have offered a 90 wide , a red one, an induction hob, a cream farmhouse one. None have a griddle, handy rack or integral 2nd grill in oven and defrost facility. So how is this the same spec. This has gone on since nov 2020 yes 2020!
Im done and could have paid for my appliance ten times over. They dictate what you get, dont get back to you when you put a formal complaint in so im now taking this to the ombudsman as getting nowhere with customer services. Once its sorted im cancelling my policy. Dont touch them with a bargepole!
