This is the worst company I have ever dealt with in my being as a human. The woman answering the phone was very rude. The service never came and I had to cancel my product that was under warranty to be fixed and bug a new 1. I simply couldn't deal with this company anymore . This place should be closes down by the BBB. I would gice it zero starts and throw a celebratory party if they closed. Place it total garbage, which is were my washer machine must go now.
