Very poor customer service and all you hear is one sided dictation. 0% effort put into investigating the complaint, I have not received a response to my complaint and raised the dispute in writing but to date I have not had any response.
My microwave stopped working which was replaced by domestic and general and now they are saying that this is not covered under the policy to get a repair. I have been with them for many years but advise everyone to stay away from them.
