Avoid at all costs ! Been paying monthly for 2 Appliances, Dishwasher broken Monday, five days later still have no engineer booked to come and fix my appliance, over 20 phone calls to domestic and General this Week. I worked out I’ve been on the phone over five hours this week as well as trying to work daily, every engineer company that they tell me to call & quote a reference number the engineering companies know nothing about my reference number. They’ve told me to call four different companies every time on the phone for up to 1 hour, I will be cancelling my policy.
