Circular loop of hopelessness trying to get one item out of two repaired, once in the year... tried online: no engineers in this area - please call. Called - wait - details taken - transferred to engineer (whirlpool) - wait 23 mins again - to be told we don't do your drier make - try ringing domestic and general (I said I did, thats who transferred me to you!). So, back to Domestic and general by phone (wait) - Oh you should have rang Hotpoint Candy - I said YOUR adviser put me through to the engineer - Sorry, D&G say, Ill put you through now to H/C... - wait 20 mins - line then goes dead while waiting. One hour on lines and ZERO result . You will be better off saving your money in a jar, and going direct to a repairer!
