Hopeless to deal with. Takes forever to have them visit just to diagnose the problem and that’s just the start. Going to be without a refrigerator for over a month and it’s the second time it has broken in 6 months. Whirlpool is terribly unreliable and should not be partnering with such and equally terrible repair partner. Stay away.
