don,t like being pushed around to manufactures l paid you the cash and need engineer ASAP Bosch can,t come tues 15th nov l am 80yrs old and a carer who has day every no fast people with emergencies l have been with you for many years if this is changed and an engineer does s not arrive repairs will close my account also l t was forwarded toWORLD NEW for my cooker they do not do repairs DIS APPOINTED LETDOWN
