South African Call Center for an English based Company.....the manager had no idea of the cover I had taken for my washing machine via Argos in England....I had to quote the marketing in my cover letter to her....I then requested someone who could understand the Company Insurance I had purchased when I purchased my machine....laughable and upsetting at the same time.
They had no idea. Requested CEO Office contact , name, email, they had no idea who they are working for.
So.....after purchasing cover at 5.79 per month and still awaiting repair to my washing machine, I am told parts will be available in another 11 days, in total no washing machine for 17 days, disabled Mum who I am a carer for....disgusting....raised a complaint with the South African Call Center and I am told the Resolution team in England will respond in 3 to 5 days..... !!@!!!!
