I think if I could I would leave a 0 star review. We took a policy put with them and were told a policy is better than a outright repair. After 5 weeks of waiting and having had 2 appointments cancelled, one engineer arrive without the required parts today we got a call to be informed there was an admin error and they cannot fix the machine at all. Yet the engineer who looked at it said 'good news, it fixable. Bad news, not today'. So my experience of this company is that they have outright lied and 5 weeks after waiting they have cancelled out plan and give us £10 compensation.
