It is by far the worst customer experience I've had with a company. If you name it they did it. I'm not sure how they are still in business. To anyone who wants to use them for appliance warranties and repair BEWARE. The level of incompetence and disregard for their customers is so disappointing.
1. Very poor responsiveness
2. Sent techs out over 5x and issue still not resolved
3. They refuse to replace my unit even though we been customers for years
4. Management and customer service does not get back to you
5. Rude customer service representatives that hang up on you
