Was passed on the telephone from person to person, was on the phone for over 2 hours and the people I spoke with had no clue what they were doing, just passing me forwards and backwards. Still waiting on my replacement washing machine to be delivered . I was sent a text and also an email advising of a delivery date that’s not suitable so said I could go online and change it …. Went online you can’t change it so I had to phone the number that was online for the delivery company ….. they knew nothing about it!!!. In total iv waited over 4 weeks … they did send out a replacement after 4 weeks but it arrived faulty and im currently waiting on my new one.
