Even after one support agent acknowledged the controls were covered and sent an engineer, the repair was halted without explanation. I’ve since been told by multiple agents that the controls aren't covered, with one even suggesting it might be a printing error—unacceptable. The dispute team reviewed the case and rejected the claim, despite the evidence.
