My experience with this company is a series of disasters, I have to call them to say I think they should be doing my annual check and then I have to call the company they appoint to make the appointment for my boiler service. When mentioned, I was encouraged to make a complaint and really that’s where the problems began……. I haven’t ever had to use this company for an emergency breakdown but I have always been happy with the service of my boiler and the people sent to execute the work. To summarise, they could help their reputation if they were more efficiently pro-active and preempted your phone calls reminding them it was about time they booked in with you to fulfil their annual service promise. ……. the complaints department doesn’t call back when they say they will either …….ever feel somebody was having a laugh?
