I had to select one star to write a review but would rate D&G zero from my recent experience. Had D&G boiler & appliance insurance for many years without a claim. At annual service boiler was condemned. An absolute circus ensued, unable to speak with an adviser (told online only), online adviser was clueless as to what I was reporting and kept repeating herself. D&G arranged another service visit after I’d informed them it had been condemned. Obviously condemned again by second unnecessary engineer. No heating or hot water for 10 days. Claim was declined until I put the boiler back on the wall (it wasn’t off the wall). Totally useless, ineffective customer service. However, D&G are fab at pestering the life out of people with sales calls to sell even more insurance cover. BEWARE!
