I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the recent service I received regarding the delivery and installation of my new cooker. The entire process was frustrating and disappointing.
Firstly, the delivery took significantly longer than expected, causing considerable inconvenience. Moreover, despite selecting and asking for the recycling service for my old cooker, this was not carried out. This oversight left me with the burden of arranging its disposal myself.
When I sought assistance to resolve these issues, I found the customer service to be unhelpful. The only solution offered was to contact a local service provider, which would incur an additional cost of £400.
Overall, my experience has been highly unsatisfactory, and I would not recommend your services to anyone based on this encounter.
