Horrific experience. Bought a 5 year warranty on a fridge, was "repaired" 3 times by these guys, long delays each time, terrible communications, and fault not fixed and have to start he whole rollercoaster again. They say they will update on progress via email but they never do. Each time you call they say "nothing we can do" and "you just have to wait" After 3 months of running around and throwing out tons of groceries that went off, I just bought a new fridge. Never buying Domestic and General products again - they just give horrible experience and hope you give up and buy a replacement yourself.
