I wouldn’t even give star, but the system is making me, this sums up Domestic and General.
They replaced my dishwasher due to not being able to get a part, however sent a new dishwasher with a manufacturer fault… Then the agent quotes, “since this is a second replacement you’ll have to pay the entire policy upfront…”. Brilliant.
