Had a 2 year old Hoover washing machine, its counter balance came loose and the side panel looked like the Hulk was trying to get out. Hoover engineer said Hulk had killed it!
He sent his report to Domestic and General few days later an email arrived with a choice of new machines. I chose a Candy 9kg super quite and a far better machine. Delivery arrived early the following week, bang on time and driver/engineer took away said dead machine. 10/10 Service and yes I have a Domestic and General plan for this new Machine.
