They have only one company
That does there repairs. If that company refuses to work on your a Appliance. You have to find your own repair company, pay for the service call yourself. get a estimate, it can not be handwritten and must include, parts labor, taxs.After you send it in ,it will take them two days to approve it. Apparently this happens alot because it Actually in the Warranty Agreement. So please read it carefully. I have been without a Refrigerator for over a month and I have another refrigerator under there warranty.
