Took insurance for repairs etc., for Indesit washing machine approx 2 years ago,but this year,when ringing company to ask for engineer to call,unable to get a human voice,just message to report "online"!!!! Although I use a tablet for e_mails etc., I Was incandescent with anger/frustration as iam technophobic @ 79 years old,and,FORTUNATELY,I have a brilliant son in law,who came to the rescue,sorted an appointment for next day,(between 7..00am-1.00pm)and a very nice engineer arrived 9.10am,and fixed machine..which I was very happy with efficient service,but how does
a person,elderly with No-one to help,get service with no Internet?????thankyou.
