I booked an appointment for Wednesday 11th. Took time off work for the appointment only to have them cancel it at the last minute. I simply cannot afford to be taking days off work. Tried to reschedule only to find out that it would be yet another week. I’m not going to wait two weeks to have something repaired/replaced when other companies can do it much sooner.
I’ve now closed my account with this company and will never waste any more time with them again.
