I have had a policy with D&G for a number of years. On a couple of previous occasions we have had to make a claim for repair to our range induction cooker. Unfortunately, the cooker recently developed a fault. The engineer was quickly sent out. Following his visit, we were informed that the cooker couldn't be repaired and needed to be replaced. D&G sent us a list of new cookers to choose from - some an updated version of our cooker and some an upgrade which we could choose with a small contribution. Within a week the new cooker was delivered and fitted. I cannot recommend D&G highly enough for the speed and ease which they dealt with this.
