my drier needed a new part, 10 days later they can fitted the part and it needed another new part. so would of had to wait again. d&g got in touch to see if it was fixed, after i explained the wrote it off an let me order a new one. i also paid £10 to upgrade and get a heat pump drier, which is so much cheaper to run. so happy with my new drier and the service from d&g
