Excellent service got a replacement machine no problem only thing that was a problem I couldn't pay for disconnection and connect new appliance as didnt offer service .
So had to get independent plumber in to do which cost a good bit now have to pay to get machine taken away .
Which all has been time consuming and appliance in middle of room ready to collect .
Be good if service could have been offer at a cost
