Unable to find part, so replacement washing machine supplied. Ordered and delivered in less than a week. The people delivering the machine kept me up to date with delivery details, and they were very polite and helpful. Installing it ourselves was a bit of a struggle, but we got there in the end. Very pleased with new washing machine. Thank you.
