When you book an appointment with domestic and general, the process is so easy. Pick a date and time slot, which isn’t too far in the future! Follow up calls and text messages are really handy. If they come and need a spare part, it’s ordered and sorted within a week or less. I think having a D&G Policy in place is great!
I’ve been really happy on both occasions. My freezer needed fixing and so did my oven. Very happy with the service.
