5 year old washer/dryer was going to be too expensive to fix on warranty so D&G replaced it. Overall it was 4 days from engineer visit to receiving new appliance.
Tuesday visit
Thursday notification that machine couldn't be repaired and told to pick new appliance
Saturday morning, 8 am new machine arrives.
Simply cannot complain at that, at all!
