I had an integrated fridge on a maintenance contract with D&G.
After many years it faltered.
D&G sent a technician to repair it, but unfortunately the problem remained.
Another technician visited and advised that it was unrepairable.
Without haste, D&G made me an offer to replace it with a brand new fridge and presented me with a selection to choose from.
I (my wife) made a good choice from that selection and, very soon after, that replacement arrived.
We are very pleased with that replacement fridge.
The only downside was having to get a contractor to install the new fridge, who charged £70.
I am happy with the service we received from D&G.
