I would like to give no stars to this company.I am absolutely disgusted with the way I was treated.My fridge freezer was not working and D and G arranged to send a workman to my home.I sat waiting all morning,tracking where he was and when tracking shown he had 2 more visits before mine,he actually stated he was at my door and no answer.I have a bell on the front door and if he had rang the bell,he would appear on a camera inside.He never rang my bell.I rang his number that he left for me and he never picked the phone up.I rang D and G and they rang him and again he never picked the phone up but D and G left him a message to call back to me...he never.I then had an engineer come out one whole week later on 1st August,and was told it will be 11th August before the appliance could be repaired.That would have been 3 weeks since I reported the issue,with all my food and milk going bad,in the middle of summer.The recorded message when you first ring asks you to let the call handler know if you have any health issues.I told them several times that I need to store medication in the fridge and they promised to send me out a mini fridge which never came.I was so disgusted with the service and the attitude of some of the staff that I spoke to,that I cancelled my fridge freezer policy and also my washing machine and shower and I purchased a new fridge freezer.D and G have now written to me offering me twelve pounds compensation.They know where they can put that.It cost me more than twelve pounds telephoning them.I am totally disgusted and appalled that they are quick to take your payments,but in this case,they just did not care.I would never ever recommend this company to anyone.
