Overall a good experience. We had a wait for the iniital appointment, and then we were expecting a significant wait for a new part. Then, suddenly we were offered a new product, which was unexpected! The upgrade option was not available, so I had to ask for that. The product arrived and was as advertised. All staff have been friendly and helpful, the time waiting to be told we could have a replacement could have been improved and the upgrade option should have been visible from the start.
