Had to wait Almost 2 weeks for an engineer. He did something but it wasn't t fixed. Another long wait then still not repaired. An even longer wait by which time I d had enough so was told, yes, I could have a replacement. Not informed when engineer wasn't coming.
Over 2 months without a working washing machine. Terrible service.
