I'd give Domestic and General 0 Stars if I could... They have left myself and my family without a shower now for 6 days. Had our shower protected with D&G. The shower was bought in 2020 for £973. The shower stopped working so I claimed. D&G are offering me £499!!... after many many calls and emails. I still don't have the settlement. Customer service staff constantly contradict themselves. Promise a call back which NEVER happens. Complete incompetence all round. Won't give a telephone number to escalate the complaint. This has caused me so much stress for the last 6 days I actually now feel unwell. I am considering speaking to the BBC Watchdog programme as I know 3 other people that are also having problems with D&G...... please, please don't trust this company? They will happily take your money but don't deliver in return. AVOID!
