Very poor service over last 10 months started with a iusses of washer ripping clothes 10 months ago ive had parts after parts fitted most rescant a drum and seal 6 weeks ago however started ripping clothes and sliver dust on clothes again so had repair 2 weeks ago said seal had fallen off not even 24 hour later washing making more nosie and ripped clothes so repair out again 1 week ago needs a new drums o whirlpool have written it off and ive wait 4 day still nothing from domestic and general so I classes them today and after 2 hour and 5 different call handles you would think it sorted no 4 hours later they need model number same model number that's on my plan online start to feel like I need to find a new insurance after 8 years
