I have had an issue with my washing machine with leaving stains and black marks on my clothes. I have never had this with any washing machine I have had previously. Finally the engineer replaced the rubber and now seems better.
I also had an issue with the motor. It took 3 visits before the part was fixed.
The engineers who come out are all very polite.
