The engineer arrived on time and set to work out what was wrong. It turned out to be a much bigger job than what was first thought it included new box in the kitchen, new connections off the main box and other work. He kept me informed each step. We can now watch the match on a sunday, if we're on, over Sunday lunch or tea. Fantastic service. Thanks
