The service from domestic and general was poor but it was mostly down to rda the company they contracted out fixing my washing machine to arranged repair for the Saturday had umpteen e mails telling me the date but engineer didn’t turn up after two hrs trying to get someone from domestic and general and contractors was a night mare eventually got dg who said engineer could come up to eight o clock at night phoned Monday first thing couldn’t get a reason why engineer never came my washing machine was scrapped and had choice of machine sent out I’m on vunerable list and incontinance is one of my needs carers come in but was not helped in any way asked if they could bring my d second appointment nearer was told they’d try as expected no change after picking washing machines I had to pay two hundred pound towards new one my machine was five years old paid £6.00 a month then eight pound a month never had one repair done on iteem domestic and general did there best but there standards have lowered since I’ve been with them for twenty five yrs I’ll keep money by evry month if need repairs or new machine I’ll buy my own I’ve got three other items I’ll be letting them run out my boch freezer has been getting paid for six yrsup to now £11.00 a month which I would stop but it would likely break down after I cancelled domestic and general really need to look at who they contract there repairs out to very disappointed in them
