Engineer..Shaun arrived promptly and carried out the job that was needed to allow me to close my freezer door. **my issue is....just how many times do I have to go through this process...Shaun comes each year to deal with the same problem.....the freezer is 20 years old and I firmly believe is not working as efficiently as it should...goodness knows what impact it has on my electricity bill. Once Shaun has defrosted the build up of ice behind the back panel the freezer runs quietly...but not for long as the ice builds up...it runs noisily and makes loud cracking noises....eventually the ice builds up...causing the back panel to bulge...which then causes the draws to push forward and prevents the doors from closing. No doubt I will be contacting you again for a visit from Shaun....I need to add him to my Christmas card list!!
